Thrive for Women is profiling their personal trainers over the next month with photos from Sunshine White Photography, of Stratham. These trainers are one of the reasons Thrive for Women is such a special place for women to workout, take time for themselves make friends and stay healthy. #WeAreThrive celebrates the community of women who find health, fitness, balance and friendship at Thrive for Women.

Caroline Blonski loves leading others to enjoy the benefits of exercise as she sees it--feeling your best to get the most out of life.

The Brentwood mother of three has been teaching group fitness classes at Thrive for 11 years and has offered personal training for three years. Caroline is an Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certified Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer and is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
She leads up to 12 group fitness classes per week including Cardio-based HIIT training, Step, Kickboxing, Pilates, Yoga, Cycle, Aqua, Strength and Body Pump classes. Caroline is now working on her Barre certification.

As a trainer, Caroline develops a safe experience for each participant by creating uplifting and appropriate choreography and movement, demonstrating and supervising correct body mechanics and correct use of exercise equipment.
Through small group training and the Weight Loss Challenge, Caroline aims to educate, mentor, monitor, and motivate women in safe exercise practices leading them to life-long healthy lifestyle changes. These include exercise testing, disease management, physician prescription and safe progression. She has published articles on wellness and exercise, working alongside physicians.
Caroline is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT and the University of Ulster in Belfast, N. Ireland. She volunteers as a Wellness Educator and Mentor at New Hampshire State Prison for Women.
She loves the culture at Thrive. “Thrive will always be my ‘home away from home’. It is a place of serenity that has brought out the best in me and I hope I have brought that same gift to everyone I work with.”
