An Exeter woman this week was charged with using fake prescriptions at pharmacies across the county to try and obtain prescription drugs illegally.
Susan Pignato, 50, of 1 Linden Fields Rd, Exeter, was arrested this week by the Drug Diversion section of the New Hampshire State Police Narcotics & Investigations Unit. She was charged with obtaining a controlled drug by fraud.
Police said she used fake doctor notes at pharmacies across Rockingham County.

Pignato was released on bail is is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 2.

- Stephanie Mann, 37, of 153 Middlesex Rd., Merrimack
- Julie Gilbody, 47, of 11 Allds Street, Nashua
- John Fabiano, 27, of 88 West Sixth St., Lowell, Mass.
- Patricia Drake, 46, of Route 132 North #590, New Hampton
