Women’s Health Conference: Getting Back to Balance

With the busy activity of each day it is difficult to maintain what we feel is a balanced life. We fill our days with lists, things to do, then at the end of the day we look around and still see things left undone. Spinning day after day trying to keep up the hectic pace.
When we use the term “balanced life” we are often looking at the big picture, the year in review. Did I get my vacation time? Did I spend enough time with family? Am I in better shape than last year? This big picture perspective removes us from the beauty and gift of each day. Each day is truly a gift and an opportunity to consciously approach each day seeking balance and to ask yourself: Have I taken care of myself? Have I exercised and eaten well? Have I taken time to sit in reflection? Have I spent quality time with my family? Have I done my work of the day?

When your hormones are in balance, you will have access to all the strength, power, and productivity to live a full and abundant life. Stress, hormones, poor diet, lack of sleep, and even cravings can cause imbalance, but what causes these symptoms?

Join us to take a day and reflect upon your balance, your happiness, and your health. Be inspired and supported by women health professionals who will help you live with intention and a knowledge of what fuels you and what depletes you. Develop a practice that helps you master a balanced life.
