YogaLife Institute Celebrates 10 Years of Advanced Training
A new 300-hour yoga therapist program trains students in everything from holistic nutrition and weight loss to spiritual healing.

YogaLife Institute is celebrating 10 years of offering advanced training programs in Exeter, according to a press statement.
Nearly 200 students have enrolled in their programs from all around New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine making it one of the premier training centers in the Northeast.
”We welcome all levels of ability and experience,” said Julie Rost, the director of YogaLife. “Teaching is not a requirement, some students just want to advance their practice and other students are building careers around teaching at local studios, hospitals and schools.”

YogaLife recognizes the many physical benefits of yoga such as lowering your heart rate and blood pressure, but it also helps relieve stress and helps people redefine what it means to be healthy, present and more mindful. YogaLife offers three types of training programs starting with a one-year, 200-hour yoga teacher training program for students who want more than a weekly yoga class.
This program offers both yoga theory and yoga practices, but also gives students an opportunity to focus on the spiritual side of yoga and to learn how to integrate the practices into everyday life. The 500-hour teacher training program offers training in advanced classical yoga which covers anatomy and physiology, mind-body health, meditation, energy work and self exploration. A new 300-hour yoga therapist program trains students in everything from holistic nutrition and weight loss to the physical, emotional and spiritual healing aspect of yoga. Students who graduate are certified to offer one-on-one yoga therapy and lifestyle coaching.
