Celebrating the great flavors of the Seacoast, the annual Toast to the Coast is set for the evening of Thursday, April 23rd at the newly renovated Ashworth by the Sea, Hampton NH. Presented by the Hampton & Exeter Area chambers of commerce; the event is underwritten by People’s United Bank.
​Sample a wide selection of fine wines, beer, craft brews, ales and specialty cocktails & spirits, plus hors d’oeuvres and sweet treats from some of the Seacoast’s finest restaurants, caterers, and specialty shops.
​In addition to the mingling, sampling, and noshing, the evening features an opportunity to find the evening’s “Top Chef” as judges pick the best hors d’oeuvres of the evening. Kume Japanese Restaurant, Epping, NH took the honors of Best of Toast to the Coast in 2014.
​Win Big! Our giant raffle includes thousands of dollars worth of great prizes including a new bike donated by Seacoast Coca Cola, summer gear, gift baskets, wine, hundreds of dollars worth of restaurant gift certificates sponsored by Taste of the Seacoast, and Coastal Home Magazine, and COLD HARD CASH $$$.
Toast to the Coast VIP “Cellar Select” Tasting Room presented by Taste of the Seacoast, will be held in the Rose Room from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. A private sampling of superior wines, specialty cocktails, top shelf brews, spirits, and sophisticated nibbles will be offered. SPACE IS LIMITED: VIP tickets must be purchased in advance for $60. (Only 75 tickets sold)
(VIP ticket purchase includes entrance into the Toast to the Coast Main Event in the ballroom)
From 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm doors will officially open for Toast to the Coast held in the ballroom. Approximately 30 vendors including the Purple Urchin, Tavern at the Rivers Edge, 401 Tavern, Savory Square Bristo, Epoch, Kume Steak House, Portsmouth Catering Co., Purple Urchin, Ron Jillian’s,, The Old Salt, New Hampshire Distributors, Smoky Quartz Distillery, Bayside Distributing, Pine State Beverage Co.,, Horizon Beverage, Dunn Wine Brokers, Flag Hill Winery & Distillery, Jewell Towne Vineyards, Samuel Adam, Sweet Baby Vineyard, Zorvino Vineyards, and MANY more will offer a variety of splendid foodstuff, sweets, and drink! Tickets may be purchased in advance for $40 or $50 at the door.
