5 Things To do This Weekend

1) Have some fun and get some holiday shopping out of the way early. The 2012 Holiday Auction is tonight, Nov. 15, with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. at the Ashworth by the Sea at 294 Ocean Boulevard. Click this Hampton Chamber link or call them at 926-8718 for more information.

2) Got game? Visit Ocean Gaming at Hampton Beach this weekend and see/feel the buzz for yourself. Check out their website, too, to see the long charity list, including Exeter Area Charitable Foundation (11/17) and, come Dec. 7, a tournament supporting the Hampton PTA.

3) Roots Rock Reggae! It's Reggae Night on Friday night, Nov. 16, at Wally's Pub, 144 Ashworth Ave., Hampton. 

4) See the Shaolin Warriors. There are two shows (3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.) Sunday, Nov. 18, at the Music Hall in Portsmouth. Shaolin Warriors is described as Cirque du Soleil meets Kung Fu Masters.

5) Enrich your life: Buy and read some books. The Friends of the Lane Memorial Library have their fall book sale in full swing Nov. 15 to Nov. 17. Hours: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday; 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday; and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.
