Armed Robbery Reported in Seabrook

UPDATED: WATCH: Police release video, are asking for assistance with the case after the Xtra Mart on Lafayette Road was robbed last night.

SEABROOK, NH — Police in Seabrook after asking for the public’s help after a convenience store on Route 1 was robbed last night, according to a report on Facebook. The store – the Xtra Mart on Lafayette Road – was robbed at around 8:40 p.m. on Jan. 18, 2017.

The suspect was identified as a white male, blue eyes, clean shaven, about 5 feet, 4 inches, to 6 inches tall, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, black shoes, and gloves.

Once inside, the suspect pointed the weapon at the clerk and demanded money.” The suspect fled the scene in a dark colored SUV, described as a Nissan Xterra, last seen south on Lafayette Road. Surveillance shots were also released as part of the alert.
