Bay State Residents Face Drug, Other Charges: Hampton Police Log
Plus, a Concord man was cited for fireworks violation and Lawrence and Woburn man arrested for reckless operation.

HAMPTON, NH — Hector Batista, 27, of Lynn, MA, was arrested at 9:46 p.m. on July 2, 2017, on a fireworks – sale, possession, display – charge. He was charged at the Chat, Chew, Play parking lot on Ashworth Avenue.
Matthew N. Craig, 20, of Millbury, MA, and Colin Huban, 20, of Millbury, MA, were all charged with unlawful possession of alcohol on the state main beach behind the seashell complex on Ocean Boulevard.

Ryan McHenry, 22, of Concord, received a summons at 1:33 a.m. on July 2, 2017, on a fireworks – sale, possession, display – charge at the state main beach – south bath house on Ocean Boulevard.
Cody A. Baron, 23, of Easthampton, MA, received a summons at 11:01 p.m. on July 1, 2017, for open container on Ocean Boulevard.

Andrew Brearton, 26, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 7:56 p.m. on July 1, 2017, for reckless operation. He was arrested on Ocean Boulevard.
Nanette L. Pengelley, 24, of West Palm Beach, FL, and Brandon J. Sills, 24, of Boston, MA, both received a summons for open container at 12:36 p.m. on July 1, 2017, at the state main beach on H Street and Ocean Boulevard.
Michael J. Gallagher, 18, of Woburn, MA, was arrested at 7:07 p.m. on June 30, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Also charged was Marcio R. DaSilva Jr., 18, of Woburn, MA, for possession of a controlled drug. They were charged on Ocean Boulevard and J Street.
Andre B. Teixeira, 27, of Woburn, MA, was arrested at 7:57 p.m. on June 29, 2017, for reckless operation. He was arrested on Route 101 and Landing Road.
Raymond Wilkins Jr., 23, of Lawrence, MA, received a summons at 12:05 a.m. on June 29, 2017, for open container at the state beach playground on Ocean Boulevard.
