Bay State Teens Charged After House Party Busted In NH: Hampton Police

HAMPTON, NH — Renee Comfort, 19, of Billerica, MA, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. on July 31, 2017, for facilitating a drug or underage alcohol house party as well as unlawful possession of alcohol. Also charged for unlawful possession were Dussie Danielle, 19, Kimberly Hayes, 19, Rebecca Ramos, 19, and Michael Zarro, 19, all of Billerica, MA, Ryan Dunn, 20, of Lowell, MA, and Rihan E. Smallwood, 18, of Bangor, ME, They were all charged after an alleged incident on Perkins Avenue.

Brian Hoenig, 43, of Medford, MA, was arrested at 10:51 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, for driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor and possession of a controlled drug. Matthew D. Cronin, 20, of Reading, MA, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on Aug. 3, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, and hindering apprehension or prosecution after an alleged incident on Ocean Boulevard.

Matthew Fortin, 22, of Dracut, MA, was arrested at 12:17 a.m. on Aug. 3, 2017, for aggravated driving while intoxicated and two counts of driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor after an alleged incident on Tide Mill Bridge/Route 101.

John E. Catalano, 48, of Weymouth, MA, received a summons at 7:58 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, for possession of drug paraphernalia in the Casino parking lot.

Thomas Surette, 25, of Wilmington, MA, was arrested at 10:49 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2017, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass after an alleged incident at Bernie’s Beach Bar on Ocean Boulevard.

Brock A. Martin, 20, of Dracut, MA, received a summons at 9:14 a.m. on Aug. 3, 2017, for noise from a motor vehicle on Ocean Boulevard.

Christopher Cyrus, 22, of Allston, MA, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. on Aug. 3, 2017, for driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor, possession of a controlled drug, and possession of a drug paraphernalia. He was arrested on Ocean Boulevard at Church Street.

Sarah F. Holt, 21, of Southampton, MA, and Cody Jones, 20, of Chiopee, MA, were both charged with unlawful possession of alcohol on Ocean Boulevard and A Street at 9:08 p.m. on Aug. 2, 2017.

Theodore J. Blaser, 31, of Methuen, MA, received a summons at 5:10 a.m. on Aug. 1, 2017, for sleeping in a motor vehicle at the park and ride parking lot on Timber Swamp Road.

Alexis Bilodeau, 20, of West Springfield, MA, was charged at 1:34 a.m. on Aug. 6, 2017, with unlawful possession of alcohol on Ocean Boulevard.

Roberto R. Silva, 32, of Haverhill, MA, received a summons at 11:24 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2017, for noise from a motor vehicle on Ocean Boulevard.

Albin L. Ortiz, 26, and Luis Ortiz, 31, both of Medford, MA, were arrested on disorderly conduct charges at 12:52 a.m. on Aug. 1, 2017. Kevin Desruisseaux, 35, of Everett, MA, was given a summons for transporting alcohol beverages. They were charged after an alleged incident on M Street.
