Be More Productive with Healthy Boundaries
In order for your business to succeed, it's important to have healthy personal and professional boundaries in place, and feel safe to do it.
There are many areas in your life where you may unconsciously not feel safe, and one area is in setting boundaries. This is an expression of a blocked root chakra issue - healthy boundaries. Many people struggle with this issue and in running your own business, it is imperative that you establish healthy boundaries for yourself in both your personal and professional life.
You must learn how to say “yes” to those things and people that serve your highest good, fuel your energy, and support your vision AND “no” to what drains your energy, interferes with your intentions and goals and takes you away from your mission
It is imperative that you take care of yourself and your needs and be rooted in your intentions so that you can accomplish what is important to you without feeling drained. The more solid you are in your boundaries, the more others will respect them. It begins with you. Feeling safe to safe to say “no” to others is important. Other people’s dramas are not your responsibility.
