'Big Art' Display Sweetens Marelli's' Shelves

Local students have added their enormous skills to the downtown shop's candy wall.

Hampton Academy art students, with the direction of art teacher Dona Boardman, have created an amazing, colossal display of Big Art candy.

The display is a perfect fit for Marelli's Market with their wall of candy. Made of paper mache and painted with tempura paints, the candy packages are perfect replicas of the candy originals.

The art pieces are displayed through out the store, so don't just cruise by to check out what is in the window — come in from the cold and see it all. You will not be disappointed. The academy students and their teacher have done a great job again sharing their talents with the community.

Marelli's is open seven days a week. Call 603-926-2764 or visit the business' Patch directory listing if you want to make sure of the hours.
