Blue Headlights Lead to Man's Drug Arrest

A Lowell, Mass., man faces a drug possession charge following a motor vehicle stop on Lafayette Road.

The following entries are excerpts from arrest and call logs supplied by the North Hampton Police Department. The information does not indicate a conviction.

 


SUNDAY, NOV. 11

  • 5:31 p.m.: Anthony A. Serrano, of Lowell, Mass., was arrested for suspended license and an unspecified drug charge. An officer pulled over Serrano's gray 2000 Honda Civic near Al's Seafood because it had blue headlights, and during the motor vehicle stop the officer noticed drugs in the car, which was later towed. Serrano was released on $700 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment in Hampton District Court at 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 12. Another individual involved in the incident, James M. McNeil, of Salem, was arrested of violation of a protection order and was transported to the Rockingham County House of Corrections to await transport by the Salem Police Department to Salem District Court for arraignment.
  • 10 p.m.: Police responded to the Hobbs Apartments due to an attempted burglary.
  • 10:20 p.m.: A theft was reported at the Slumber Manor Motel.

MONDAY, NOV. 12

  • 12:35 p.m.: Brandon Dube, of Gonic, was arrested for domestic violence-related simple assault and criminal mischief following a domestic altercation in a residential area. Dube was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment in Hampton District Court on Dec. 12.

TUESDAY, NOV. 13

  • 10:57 a.m.: Sean Robert Gaff, of North Hampton, turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Gaff was involved in a domestic violence incident on Nov. 10.
  • 2:23 p.m.: A North Hampton woman came to the police station to report credit card fraud.
