Fuller Garden Party Inspires Parade of Hats

Debra Woodward gets inside the hat-covered regalia of an annual party with a photo-centric first blog post.

Over a hundred friends of our local gem in North Hampton were finally able to enjoy the festivities at their annual summer on a spectacular afternoon last Wednesday. 

The Garden Party has been held for over 25 years and had been from its original date in July due to a . There was a diverse selection of reds and whites from Treasury Wine Estates, Jewell Towne Vineyards, beers from , fromages from , and delicious appetizers from Take Away Cafe. 

Rum afficianados were able to sample the new Sea Hagg Silver made right here in North Hampton. Artists were painting amongst the roses and dahlias and art was available for purchase. Several lucky attendees won raffle prizes from generous local businesses.

Now what is a garden party without... garden party hats! There was a colorful parade of lovely hats, and I hope these photos will inspire even more Fuller Garden partiers to wear theirs next year. I know I will be on the lookout for just the right one.
