Vote for Bev Hollingworth – Not Nancy Stiles – in Senate District 24
Rep. Timothy Horrigan (D-Durham) is endorsing Democratic candidate Bev Hollingworth in State Senate District #24. The incumbent Nacy Stiles has sided too often with the Tea Party Republicans.
Dear Editor,
I have served in the New Hampshire State Legislature for the last four years, and for the last two years, I have had the misfortune to serve under Speaker O’Brien and his Tea-Party Republican lackeys. Sen. Nancy Stiles got out while the getting was good: she managed to be elected to the Senate, ostensibly as a nonpartisan moderate.
Even the Senate has not been immune from O’Brien’s lunacy. Sen. Stiles went along with her fellow Republicans and voted for many extremely bad bills. She is no moderate.

She doesn’t tell voters that she voted for HCR 2, endorsing the Arizona immigration law that uses tactics such as racial profiling; nor does she talk about her vote in support of HB1254 to spend NH taxpayer money to study the effect of illegal immigration on the state even though NH borders Canada and is over 2,000 miles north of Mexico.
Stiles also voted for New Hampshire to use the absolute lowest minimum wage possible, not once but twice. She doesn’t want families to have the ability to earn a living wage.

It’s time to hold people like Nancy Stiles accountable for their records in Concord when they come home and ask for your votes.
I will be voting for the woman Stiles defeated, Sen. Martha Fuller Clark, since I live in Durham, which is now in the same State Senate district as Portsmouth,. People in the current State Senate District 24 will have the chance to vote for another great woman: former and future Sen. Bev Hollingworth, She will stand up against the Tea Party extremists in Concord, for each and every family in the great towns of Greenland, Hampton, Hampton Falls, Kensington, New Castle, North Hampton, Rye, Seabrook, South Hampton and Stratham.
