Bullying Under Spotlight Thursday at Academy
The school is hosting a special session on the issue.
Residents are invited to attend and contribute ideas to a special public forum on bullying on Thursday, April 19, at .
The information anti-bullying session begins at 6:30 p.m. in the middle school's dining hall.
School Resource Officer Alex Reno will discuss state bullying laws and reporting procedures, as well as a review and facilitate discussion about the protective measures and strategies students, parents, teachers and community members can take.

The forum is organized by the Hampton Upstanders, a group of students who stand up against bullying in the schools, according to the website.
