Triangle Club is so excited to introduce this new expansion of our arts and wellness offerings!&nbsp;

Each month on the third Friday from 2:00pm-4:00pm, we will host 4 different wellness facilitators as they lead workshops focused on wellness activities.&nbsp;

To make this program more accessible, no pre-registration or payment is required for any workshop. Just drop in and attend any that interest you!

Ever thought about trying stand-up comedy? Now’s your chance to stop thinking about it and get onstage!
Join professional comedian and Boston Comedy Festival founder Jim McCue for a six-week, hands-on stand-up comedy experience at McCue’s Comedy Club in Portsmouth, NH.
Whether you’ve always wanted to try comedy, want to become more comfortable speaking in front of people, or already have some material you’d like to improve, this class is designed to help you find your funny and develop your own comedic voice.
From the very first class, students will get onstage. Over five weeks, we’ll work on finding material, writing and rewriting jokes, setups and punchlines, timing, delivery, stage presence, building a set, and connecting with an audience. We’ll also touch on audience interaction, thinking on your feet, and what to do when things don’t go exactly as planned.
And then we put it all to the test.

• Finding comedy in your own life and experiences • Turning ideas and stories into jokes • Setups, punchlines, tags and callbacks • Developing and strengthening material • Timing, delivery and stage presence • Building a polished 3–5 minute stand-up set • Connecting with an audience • Developing confidence onstage • Learning how comedians test, edit and improve material

Dough Craft Pizza and Restaurant is located in the Portsmouth Green Shopping Plaza on Rt. 1 Portsmouth. with plenty of free parking. You can enjoy comfortable seating with table side service or sit at the bar where you can enjoy the best Espresso Martini made from scratch with our fresh brewed espresso coffee, a glass of wine or a draft beer like the Maine Lunch. We make fresh pizza dough 3 times a week. Every pizza is hand crafted using our homemade sauces. You can order one of our specialty pizzas or make your own from our list of ingredients - which includes over 44 sauces, cheeses and toppings. Our most popular specialty pizzas are the Margherita (red sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil), Nice Spice, (spicy garlic Buffalo chicken with mozzarella cheese and a ranch drizzle), Bad Larry “The Works”(our red pizza sauce with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, mushrooms and caramelized onions) Mr. Fun Guy (mushroom and truffle oil cream base with mozzarella cheese, caramelized onion and of course fresh mushrooms) and the Maserati (white cream base with bacon, caramelized onion, goat cheese and fresh mushrooms).
