Climate Org to 'Renew the 603' at Smuttynose

NextGen Climate New Hampshire and 603 Initiative will host political roundtable.

NextGen Climate New Hampshire and 603 Initiative have partnered with Smuttynose Brewery to host “Renew the 603,” a roundtable discussion and reception aimed at engaging young Americans on the importance of addressing climate change and transitioning to a clean energy economy, according to a press statement.

The evening will begin with a panel discussion on the economic benefits of transitioning to clean energy by business leaders who are part of the clean energy sector in New Hampshire. At the conclusion of the panel, attendees can enjoy a social hour with panelists and audience members. The brewery will also be open for tours.

“Renew the 603” is an opportunity for Seacoast residents of all ages to come together as a community to combat the harmful effects of climate change and move toward NextGen Climate’s goal of generating more than 50 percent of America’s energy through clean energy sources by 2030.
