Looking for something fun to do on the Seacoast this weekend? Here are several ideas:
1. Dan Brown in Exeter!: "The DaVinci Code" author Dan Brown will be at Water Street Bookstore in downtown Exeter from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday for a book signing. No RSVP or ticket needed – just join the signing line.
2. Stiletto Race: Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Seacoast will hold its 4th annual Stiletto Race on Saturday, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. on Pleasant Street in Portsmouth.

3. Social Distortion at the Casino Ballroom: Legendary punk rockers Social Distortion play the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom on Saturday at 8 p.m. Tickets are still available.
4. Open Markets: The Portsmouth Farmers Market is held every Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Portsmouth City Hall parking lot. Stop by for eggs, veggies, music and more. Also on Saturday, at 10 a.m., is the Zion Hill Open Air Market at the Stone Church in Newmarket, a weekly arts and crafts market.

5. "Before Midnight" at The Music Hall: "Before Midnight," Richard Linklater's follow-up to his much-loved "Before Sunrise" and "Before Sunset" films shows at 3 and 7:30 p.m. on Sunday.
