Deceased Man Found In Hampton Harbor
New Hampshire State Police-Marine Patrol recovered a body near the Underwood Memorial Bridge yesterday.

HAMPTON, NH — The New Hampshire State Police-Marine Patrol is investigating a body found floating in the Hampton Harbor yesterday afternoon, according to a press statement. The body of a man was found at just before 4:30 p.m. on July 29, 2017, near the Underwood Memorial Bridge. The body was removed from the water by officials not long after they arrived at the scene, according to Lt. Crystal McLain of the Marine Patrol. “His identity and the circumstances surrounding this incident are under investigation,” she stated. “An autopsy has been scheduled.”
Responding agencies included the New Hampshire State Police, NHSP-Marine Patrol, United States Coast Guard, Hampton Police Department, and Hampton Fire Department, McLain noted.
