Does Hampton Have a Vandalism Problem?
Do you think the recent a string of incidents indicates a growing problem?
The list of defaced or damaged property has now grown, thanks to vandals who took the time on Oct. 13 to the William O'Connell Memorial Bench, which was placed at Bicentennial Park on Oct. 6.
That destruction is the latest in several acts of public vandalism over the past few months, acts which include the of the old Hampton District Court and the of the Lady By the Sea memorial.
