After a check of the driver – Chapman – and her passenger – Mungo – he was found to have a probation violation warrant out of New York state and was immediately arrested, according to Hall.

“Chapman consented to a search of the vehicle and (a trooper) along with his narcotic detection dog, Gauge, located approximately 190 grams of suspected crack cocaine hidden inside the vehicle,” Hall alleged.
