Woman Charged with Driving Under Influence of Drugs, Booze

The following is an excerpt from the Hampton Police log from Thursday, Sept. 25 to Friday, Sept. 26.

Thursday:

• At 10:47 a.m., police investigated a criminal mischief complaint on Ocean Boulevard.
• At 11:51 a.m., police reported disorderly conduct at the Breakers by the Sea on Ocean Boulevard.
• At 5:36 p.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident on Ashworth Avenue and Island Path.

• At 12:43 a.m., police arrested an Epping woman following a traffic stop on Ocean Boulevard. Miranda Lynch of Epping was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor after she failed to yield for a stop sign.
• At 4:27 a.m., police reported an assault at the Nautical Motel on Ashworth Avenue.
• At 5:34 a.m., police reported an unattended death on Munsey Avenue.
• At 8:08 a.m., police reported a theft on Mace Road.
• At 5:50 p.m., police reported reckless operation near Lamie's Inn and Tavern on Lafayette Road.
• At 6:33 p.m., police reported criminal mischief at the state Park and Ride parking lot on Timber Swamp Road.
• At 10:56 p.m., police reported a hit and run accident at the Hampton House Motel on Ocean Boulevard.
