Silver Strength and Stretch

Fun fitness class designed for the mature, active, adult. We aim to create a playful environment while we work on improving cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, body composition, flexibility, speed, power, agility, balance and coordination. Get a safe and effective total body workout using balls, hand held weights, and stretch bands while sitting comfortably in a chair. Part of the time we will be doing easy dance stepping and standing as well. Have fun and make new friends (or bring along an old one) while you improve your mood and learn more about your own body. Come play with us.
