Yoga class for runners, bikers, gardeners, hard workers, or anyone with an active lifestyle. SLOW DOWN AND STRETCH. This is not a power yoga class-this is designed to slow you down and stretch out to prevent injuries and keep you moving and improve your performance. Pre register with Hampton Rec Department-926-3932 or call Sue at 926-3775. This class takes place at the Tuck Building at Tuck Field.
