Exeter Murder: Family Trio Charged Enters Plea

The trio allegedly conspired to kill Amy Warf, a 36-year-old mother from Hampton.

Three family members charged in connection with the murder of Amy Warf, whose body was found in Exeter earlier this year, have pleaded not guilty.

Warf's ex-husband, Aaron Desjardins, of Epping, was charged with first-degree murder. Prosecutors said he slashed her throat. His current wife, Sarah, was charged with conspiracy to commit murder and hindering apprehension. Desjardins' sister, Michele Corson, 43, of Skowhegan, Maine, was charged with being an accomplice to murder.

All three this week pleaded not guilty to the charges, according to Senior Asst. Attorney General Susan Morrell. They are due back in court in about a month for a scheduling conference.

Senior Asst. Attorney General Susan Morrell said Sarah sent a text message to Corson asking her to bring a gun to New Hampshire as part of the murder plot. Corson did so, Morrell said.

Warf was found dead in the abandoned City Concrete Co. factory in Exeter on the morning of March 7 after a fire broke out. Morrell said Warf was coerced into the factory.
