The first-ever statewide event runs kicks off next week.

Eighteen properties on the Seacoast will take part in the first ever statewide Restaurant Week in New Hampshire from Friday, May 18, to Friday, May 25.

Restaurants will serve three-course prix fixe menus to foodies looking for sweet dining deals and tantalizing discoveries as they “try something new” at restaurants at which they’ve never dined before.

The eight-day event, hosted by the New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association, features over 150 properties across the state, and restaurants presenting lunch and/or dinner at three price points.

“New Hampshire’s Seacoast has some of the most unique and refreshing dining options in the state,” said Mike Somers, president and CEO of the NHLRA. “We think Restaurant Week is the perfect time for people to go out and try some of the restaurants they haven’t had the chance to try yet. We’re certain that a lot of foodies will be impressed by what New Hampshire chefs are planning for the event.”

Not only is the NHLRA encouraging residents and visitors to try a few different restaurants in their own neighborhoods, but Restaurant Week “foodie getaways” are geared toward dining fans looking to feast on three-course meals in other areas of the Granite State. Significant discounts on lodging can be found at 18 participating hotels around the state.

Restaurant Week NH is presented by The NH Liquor and Wine Outlet and Great New Hampshire Restaurants (T-BONES, Cactus Jack’s and Copper Door). Supporting sponsors are Coca-Cola and Horizon Beverage. Contributing sponsors are American Express, Stella Artois, Sysco, Bank of New Hampshire, General Linen, PSNH and Common Man.

Restaurant Week NH is also funded in part by NH Division of Travel and Tourism. Media partners include WZID and WMUR.
