Hampton Conservation Commission Public Hearing

The Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at 7:00 PM, in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, 100 Winnacunnet Road pursuant to N.H. RSA 36-A:5, II, to consider utilizing funds from the Hampton Conservation Commission fund for the purchase of conservation easements in parcels of land located on North Shore Road in Hampton, New Hampshire and owned by the Anne C. Barkley Trust under agreement dated May 7, 1999, by virtue of deeds dated August 6, 2004 (recorded in the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds at Book 4345, Page 926) and March 1, 2006 (recorded in the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds at 4634. Page 167).
