Hampton Cops Make Disorderly Conduct Arrests: Police Log

HAMPTON, NH — Louise Gagne, 51, of Vernon, Connecticut, was arrested at 10:38 p.m. on July 2, 2022, on simple assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest charges. She was also taken into protective custody, police said. Shannon Wilson, 53, of East Hartford, CT, was also arrested on a disorderly conduct charge. They were arrested after an incident at the Atlantic Sands on Ocean Boulevard.

Jacob Lasalle Jr., 23, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested at 9:53 p.m. on July 2 on simple assault, resisting arrest, and public urination or defecation charges. He was arrested at the South Beach House on Ocean Boulevard after an incident.

Mathias Wakilongo, 21, of Manchester was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on July 2 on disorderly conduct and open container charges. Also arrested was Ronaldo Papy, 23, of Manchester on disorderly conduct and open container charges. They were arrested after an incident at McGuirk’s Ocean View on Ocean Boulevard.

Austin James Desantis, 21, of Amesbury, MA, was arrested on a warrant at 8:19 p.m. on July 2 after a traffic stop on Ocean Boulevard.

Dillon J. Collins, 22, of Dover was arrested at 4:58 p.m. on July 3 on an operating without a valid license charge and an eye and face protection-motorcycle rules violation after a traffic stop on Ocean Boulevard.

Kathleen Dolores Sousa, 50, of Worcester, MA, was arrested at 3:54 p.m. on July 2 on a domestic violence charge after an incident at the. Tidewater Campground on Lafayette Road.

Chad Vincent, 42, of Merrimac, MA, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on July 2 on attempt to commit simple assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia charges. He was also taken into protective custody.

Shania Emily Lee, 25, of Epsom was arrested at 12:18 a.m. on July 2 on a resisting arrest or detention charge. She was also taken into protective custody. Keith Brown, 25, of Epsom was arrested on disorderly conduct and resisting arrest charges. He was also taken into protective custody. They were arrested after an incident on the South Lot on Ocean Boulevard.
