Hampton Man Arrested On Charges After High Street Crash: Police Log

HAMPTON, NH — At 5:24 p.m. on Oct. 23, seven teenagers, between 14 and 17, were taken into protective custody. One faces possession of tobacco product by a minor and possession, etc. residual amount charges on Lafayette Road.

Lamar Jah Mani James, 21, of Hampton was arrested at 10:29 p.m. on Oct. 22 on a warrant. He was arrested after police headquarters.

A 32-year woman from Merrimack was taken into protective custody at 9:46 p.m. on Oct. 22 after an incident at Wally’s Pub on Ashworth Avenue.

Carrie Anne Phelan, 51, of Rockland, Massachusetts, was arrested at 5:07 p.m. on Oct. 22 on criminal trespass and criminal mischief charges after an incident at the Marston School on Marston Way. She was arrested again on criminal trespass and criminal mischief charges after an incident at Ships Inn on A Street at 7:15 p.m. on Oct. 22.

Ryan P. Fradsham, 28, of Hampton was arrested at 1:16 a.m. on Oct. 22 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at the Hampton Arms Apartments on Lafayette Road. A 26-year-old Hampton woman was taken into protective custody.

Michael S. Stamos, 31, of Hampton was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on Oct. 20 on reckless operation, criminal mischief, and conduct after an accident charges after a crash on High Street.

A 28-year-old Rowley, MA, man was taken into protective custody after a suspicious activity call at the Walgreens on Lafayette Road at 5:09 p.m. on Oct. 20.

Germain Alexander Fernandez, 25, of Hampton was arrested on a bench warrant at 3:47 a.m. on Oct. 20 at the Ashworth Hotel in Ocean Boulevard.
