The officer pulled him over near the highway’s intersection with Route 1 but Rosas allegedly sped off at “a high rate of speed” and pulled a U-Turn on Route 101, according to Deputy Police Chief David Hobbs.
“Rosas continued to drive in a reckless manner and eventually stopped the vehicle in front of 8 Brown Ave.,” the Hobbs alleged. “He was quickly taken into custody.”
A 7-year-old girl was found in the back of his vehicle unharmed, according to Hobbs.
Rosas was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in court on May 3 in Seabrook District Court.
