Hampton Man Charged With False Fire Alarm: Police Log

HAMPTON, NH — Dominic M. Diodato, 24, of Spencer, MA, was arrested at 7:59 p.m. on June 18, 2017, for simple assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the state park on State Park Road.

Marc Johnson, 44, of Hampton, was arrested at 3:09 p.m. on June 18, 2017, for false fire alarm, resisting arrest or detention, disorderly conduct, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the Ashworth Place Condominiums on Ashworth Avenue.

Paul Garcia, 31, of Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 1:42 a.m. on June 17, 2017, for disorderly conduct, criminal mischief-vandalism, and loitering and disorderly conduct. He was arrested at the Cloud 9 Bar and Grille on Ocean Boulevard.

Jessica Laroche, 21, of Stratham, was taken into protective custody at 12:51 a.m. on June 17, 2017, after a traffic stop on Johnson Avenue.

Shawn Shavies-Ducharme, 23, of Worcester, MA, received a summons at 5:55 p.m. on June 12, 2017, for misuse of power. He was charged after a traffic stop on Ashworth Avenue and Duston Avenue.

Joseph E. Daly, 25, of Hudson, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. on June 12, 2017, for driving under the influence and open container. He was arrested on Ashworth Avenue and taken into protective custody.
