Hampton Man Faces Second DUI Charge After Crash: Police Log

HAMPTON, NH — Timothy Patrick Leahy Jr., 40, of North Chelmsford, Massachusetts, was arrested at 11:36 p.m. on July 3, 2022, and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention on Bradford Avenue.

Samuel Michael Njuguna Tiria, 20, of Somerville, MA, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. on July 3 on disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention, and unlawful possession of alcohol charges. Also arrested was Tiana Garcia, 22, of Lowell, MA, on a false report to law enforcement charge. They were arrested after a fireworks violation report on Ocean Boulevard.

Joshua Lee Sweetapple, 43, of Hampton was arrested at 7:11 p.m. on July 3 on driving or operating under the influence-subsequent offense, driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor, probationary license, and conduct after an accident charges. He was arrested after an incident on Auburn Avenue Extension.

Thomas E. Flanders, 42, of Salisbury, MA, was arrested at 12:49 p.m. on July 3 on theft of services and two theft charges after an incident at Impressions Beachwear on Ocean Boulevard.

Jacob Taylor Donelon, 25, of West Springfield, MA, received a summons at 11:22 a.m. on a possession of a controlled drug charge after a traffic stop on Ocean Boulevard.

Corey James Ahlin, 28, of Concord was arrested at 1:41 a.m. on July 3 on disorderly conduct and criminal mischief charges after an incident at the Royal Crest Motor Inn on Ashworth Avenue.

Keith Ellison, 30, of Salisbury, MA, was arrested at 12:31 a.m. on July 3 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident at Ashworth Avenue and K Street.

Shawn A. Wasson, 28, of Exeter was arrested at 12:21 a.m. on July 3 on driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor and open container charges after an incident on Brown Avenue.

Alexandria K. Manseau, 21, of Raymond was arrested at 12:18 a.m. on July 3 on a driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor charge after an incident on Ocean Boulevard.
