Hampton Man, Maine Woman Arrested After Concord Bar Fight
Concord Police arrest both on charges at Tandy's Top Shelf.

A recent fight at Tandy’s Top Shelf in Concord led to the arrest of two people, according to police.
Beau Skinner, 27, of Sixth Street in Hampton, was arrested at 12:03 a.m. on Sept. 14, and charged with attempt to commit simple assault and possession of controlled drugs. Also arrested was Amanda N. Lambert, 27, of Lookout Lane in Windham, Maine, who was charged with simple assault.
According to reports, numerous officers were sent to the Eagle Square bar for a report of a fight. Several employees reported that a man in a white T-shirt and blue shorts was asked to leave but instead, began taking swings at them.

The officers went over to speak to the man, Skinner, who immediately allegedly “clenched his fists and took an aggressive stance against the officer.” He was reportedly unsteady on his feet and swaying from side to side, and his eyes were glassy and bloodshot.
“I could smell an overwhelming odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath,” the officer alleged.

Skinner was put into handcuffs until the situation could be sorted out. During a search for weapons and contraband, the officer allegedly found a plastic Zip-Lock bag in his pants pocket container marijuana as well as a wooden “one hitter” pipe, with marijuana in it. Skinner was then charged and brought to a police cruiser.
Another officer spoke to bouncers at Tandy’s and one alleged that Skinner was asked to leave and refused, so they attempted to escort him from the bar. At that point, Skinner allegedly took three swings with a closed fist at one of the bouncer’s head, according to the report.
Another person who was not involved in the assault was asked to leave and he did, according to the report, and they were given no trespass letters.
While waiting for the no trespass letters from the establishment’s owner, an officer saw another employee ask another man to leave the bar.
“I was told that an argument had broken out between this customer and someone who was still in the dance area and they wanted him to leave,” the officer noted. “Although upset about being told to leave, the male was complying with the bouncer.”
As they exited the bar, a woman, later identified as Lambert, became angry with the bouncer for telling the man to leave. The officer advised both of them to leave as the staff wished and there would be no issues. Lambert then turned to the bouncer and allegedly punched him in the side of the face.
Lambert was then arrested and later, given a no trespass letter, too.
Skinner was processed without incident, according to the report, but allegedly had severe mood swings throughout the interaction with the officer.
“He made close to 100 phone calls in an attempted to locate a sober party but was unsuccessful,” according to the report.
Both Lambert and Skinner are due in court on Oct. 27.
