Here is everything you need to know about the March 10, 2020, town and school elections.
HAMPTON, NH — Voters in Hampton go to the polls on March 10 to make decisions about town and school budgets as well as selectmen and other positions. Here is everything voters need to know.
Hampton Town Races
Voters in Hampton will go to the polls from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Winnacunnet High School at 1 Alumni Drive.

They have three competitive races to vote on.
Five candidates are seeking two three-year board of selectmen seats: Russell Bridle, Michael Plouffe, Bryan Provo Provencal, Chuck Rage, and Brian Warburton.

Five people are also running for the trustee of the trust funds seats. There are two three-year seats. The candidates are James Dearden, Christopher Koutalidis, Chris Nevins, Larry Quinn, and Joyce Skaperdas.
There are also three candidates running for two three-year zoning board seats: Anne Bialobrzeski, Gregory Grady, and Thomas McGurk.
Voter will decide to approve a $28.32 million town budget or a $28.34 million default budget. Voters will also make decisions on union contracts, reserve funds transfers, zoning articles, and other questions.

Hampton School Races
There are no competitive local Hampton school races this year.
Voters will decide whether or not to approve a $23.8 million operating budget or a $23.7 million default budget. Money for maintenance at Marston and Center schools will also be decided as well as a collective bargaining agreement.

North Hampton Town Races
Voters will go to the polls from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the North Hampton School at 201 Atlantic Avenue.
Three people are running for one three-year select board seat. They are Bill Kibby, Kathleen Kilgore, and James Sununu.
Two candidates are seeking the town treasurer position: Angela Blatus and Jonathan Pinette.
Four people are seeking two three-year budget committee positions: Margaret Delano, Frank Ferraro, Charles Gallant, and Laurel Pohl.
Four candidates also are running for two three-year planning board seats: Scott Baker, Tim Harned, Bill Kibby, and Nancy Monaghan.
Voters also have zoning ordinances to make decisions about as well as a $2.275 million bonding for new public library building. There is also a citizen petition requesting $0 be spent to expand and renovate the library.
Town voters will also consider at $7.4 million operating budget or a $7.2 million default budget.

North Hampton School Races
There are no competitive school board races this year.
However, voters in town can decide whether to approve at $9.3 million budget or a $9.1 million default budget.
A collective bargaining agreement as well as school maintenance and a transfer fund proposal are also on the ballot.

Winnacunnet School District Ballot
There is on competitive race on the Winnacunnet Cooperative School District ballot: The budget committee for Seabrook with two candidates running for a three-year seat: Max Abramson and Patricia O'Keefe.

Voters will decide whether or not to approve a $28.6 million budget or a $28.4 million default budget.
Other ballot items include an HVAC system, an auditorium sound system, trust fund transfers, and a citizen petition on whether or not police officers should enforce immigration laws in the school district or town and the banning of establishing Hampton as a sanctuary city.
