Hampton Police Investigating Road Rage Firearm Discharge Case
A driver in a pickup truck fired a gun in the area of Exeter and Towle Farm roads around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday during a road rage incident.
HAMPTON, NH — Police in Hampton are asking for the public’s help with a road rage investigation involving a gun fired during the incident on Saturday.
Around 9:30 p.m., police received a report of a road rage incident in the area of Exeter and Towle Farm roads. The incident continued onto Towle Farm Road until the area of Timber Swamp Road, Hampton Police Chief Alex Reno said.
“It was reported that during this incident, one of the drivers allegedly fired a gun from their vehicle,” he said. “That vehicle was identified as a darker colored pickup truck with a lighter colored cap that eventually continued into Hampton Falls.”

No one was injured during the incident, Reno said, and there was no property damage. He said police were releasing limited information due to the case being an open investigation.
Reno said New Hampshire State Police, Fish & Game, and Hampton Falls and Seabrook police assisted the department with the case.
