Hampton Teen Arrested for Indecent Exposure
Police allege that Thomas Welch flashed at a jogger last month.

It took a little more than a month, but the North Hampton Police believe that they have the person responsible for allegedly flashing a female jogger on Old Locke Road on Oct. 7.
Thomas J. Welch, 18, of Hampton, was arrested on Nov. 7, and charged with one count of indecent exposure and lewdness, according to a press statement from Detective Steven Janvrin.
Welch is being accused of exposing himself to the jogger and then fleeing the scene in a red pickup truck. A similar incident was also reported by the Rye Police Department in late September.

Welch was released on personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned on Dec. 17, in Seabrook District Court.
Police are still looking to speak to anyone who might have knowledge of the case.
