Hampton Woman Arrested on Habitual Offender Charge

Londonderry Police: Rachael Maccauley was also charged with conduct after an accident on Monday after a crash in town.

LONDONDERRY, NH — A local woman was arrested this week on driving charges after a crash in Londonderry, according to police. Rachael Maccauley, 43, of Lafayette Road in Hampton, was arrested at 7:38 p.m. on Sept. 19, 2016, for being a habitual offender and conduct after an accident.

She was arrested after a motor vehicle complaint at Nashua Road and I-93.

Back in September 2015, according to Seacoastonline.com, Maccauley was arrested on two counts of assault.
