Home Buyers Workshop

Solutions HUD-certified counselors will be hosting a home buyers’ workshop
using NeighborworksAmerica’s course called “Realizing the American Dream.” This
two-day workshop will provide participants with an overview of everything they
need to know about the home buying process. This curriculum features six
complete financial education modules:

• Are
  you ready to buy a house
• Managing
  your money
• Understanding
  credit
• Obtaining
  a mortgage loan
• Shopping
  for a home
• Protecting
  your investment

Upon completion of the course,
the students will receive a certificate of completion.

This workshop will be held from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
on July 26th and 27th at Community Home Solutions, 14 New
Zealand Rd, Seabrook, NH. The first 10 people to respond and reserve their seat
will be given a full scholarship. Each scholarship is worth $149.99 and is
sponsored by The People’s United Community Foundation, the philanthropic arm of
People’s United Bank
