How to Use Hampton-North Hampton Patch for the Rest of the School Year

Here are five things staff, PTA members, parents and students need to know.

School is back in session after the holiday break for Hampton and North Hampton schools, and Hampton-North Hampton Patch will be there to cover all the big news. But we can’t do it without your help.

To make sure you get the most out of Patch for the remainder of the school year, we invite you to get active in the newsgathering process. There are five things you can do to make sure your school and its students get all the coverage they deserve from Patch:

  1. Let us know about big happenings and accomplishments: If you have a school-related story idea you’d like us to cover, let us know about it! Just e-mail Patch Editor Kyle Stucker with the details and who we should contact for more information about the story idea.
  2. Post your announcements: Want to share information about something happening in the school, or an accomplishment by a student, school or teacher? Let everyone hear the news by posting your own announcements and photos.
  3. Share scores and photos from local sports games and student events: We want to showcase the accomplishments of local student-athletes, musicians, artists, actors and performers, so please help us stay on top of how local teams, groups and clubs are doing by posting information and pictures from their games and events.
  4. Add your event listings: Have an upcoming band performance? Is your school hosting an open house? Just add the news to our Events calendar. We invite you to add calendar events for your school, its extracurricular activities, clubs, PTO and more.
  5. Sign up for the newsletter: Want to find out what else is happening around the Seacoast? Keep up with Patch every morning by signing up for our newsletter. We’ll mail you the top headlines every morning.

You can also become a blogger and share your school's news directly with Patch readers on a regular basis. To find out more about using Patch this school year, just e-mail Kyle.Stucker@Patch.com.
