'King Tide' Hits Local Parking Lots

High tide hit 10 feet Wednesday morning.

"King Tide," an astronomical phenomenon that produces unusually high tides, hit New Hampshire's Seacoast Wednesday morning.

High tide happened at about 11:40 a.m. and hit about 10 feet.

The video above shows the Bratskellar on Route 1 in Portsmouth. A section of its parking lot and parking lots at Brown's Lobster Pound in Seabrook and other local businesses typically flood during high tides.
