Litchfield Woman Arrested On DUI, Open Container Charges After Crash: Hampton Police Log

HAMPTON, NH — A 21-year-old woman from Leominster, Massachusetts, was taken into protective custody at 12:08 a.m. on June 25, 2023, after a disorderly conduct call at the intersection of Ashworth Avenue and Fellows Avenue.

LC Small, 20, of Portsmouth was arrested at 10:12 p.m. on June 24 on a driving under the influence charge as well as an open container and unlawful possession-intoxication violations after fire department assist at the intersection of Ashworth Avenue and A Street.

Anthony Mark Fernandez, 46, of Nashua was arrested at 10:02 p.m. on June 24 on disorderly conduct and two simple assault charges as well as open container and littering violations. A 43-year-old man from Derry was taken into protective custody. The incident occurred at the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and G Street.

Trisha Berlucchi, 50, of Greenland was arrested on at 12:31 p.m. on June 24 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. She was arrested at police headquarters on a warrant.

Blake Madore, 24, of Hillsborough was arrested at 2:02 a.m. on June 24 on loitering or prowling, domestic violence-simple assault, and disorderly conduct charges after an incident on H Street.

Sean A. Miller, 29, of Hampton was arrested at 1:16 a.m. on June 24 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and an open container violation. He was arrested after a traffic stop on Route 101 and Landing Road.

Matthew F. Lloyd, 38, of Derry received a summons at 10:40 p.m. on June 23 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a traffic stop at Ashworth Avenue and H Street.

John M. Gilet, 22, of Tyngsborough, MA, was arrested at 9:53 p.m. on June 23 on a disorderly conduct charge. A 16-year-old was also arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, while a 22-year-old Tyngsborough, MA, man was taken into protective custody due to alcohol, according to police. The incident occurred at Ocean Boulevard and A Street.

Two 13-year-olds were taken into protective custody at 6:58 p.m. on June 23 after a request for service about a possible theft at Nam’s Gift Shop on Ocean Boulevard.

Melissa Jean Modello, 34, of Litchfield was arrested at 2:26 a.m. on June 23 on driving under the influence and conduct after an accident charges as well as an open container violation. She was arrested after a report of suspicious activity on Ocean Boulevard and 15th Street.

A 19-year-old, three 17-year-olds, and a 15-year-old were taken into protective custody at 12:59 a.m. on June 23 after an incident at the Ashworth Hotel on Ocean Boulevard.
