Lupo's Illegal Gambling Sentencing Hearing Rescheduled
Michael Lupo's guilty plea will now be entered next month.

The plea and sentencing hearing for a Hampton Beach restaurant owner accused of running illegal gambling operations out of his now-defunct business has been rescheduled for unknown reasons, according to staff within the Rockingham County Attorney's Office.
Michael Lupo, owner of , which closed last summer, was originally due in Rockingham Superior Court at 9 a.m. today, although the hearing has been pushed back, according to the Rockingham County Attorney's Office.
Lupo is now scheduled to enter his guilty plea on Wednesday, March 14, at 8:30 a.m. in Rockingham Superior Court.

Lupo is accused of operating illegal video poker gambling out of his 595 Ocean Bvld. establishment. Lupo was charged with the felony in November 2009 and was indicted in September 2010.
