Maine Men Arrested On DWI Charges: Hampton Police Log

HAMPTON, NH — Ryan C. Scheyer, 24, of Hampton, was arrested at 6:03 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2017, for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention, and a bench warrant after an alleged incident on Ocean Boulevard.

Jasmine Kristos, 35, of Hooksett, was arrested at 1:41 a.m. on Aug. 6, 2017, for driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor after a traffic stop at Ashworth Avenue and Brown Avenue. A 32-year-old Derry woman was also taken into protective custody.

James Couse, 24, of Rensselaer, NY, and Erich Lowes, 22, of Hampton, were both charged at 12:21 a.m. on Aug. 6, 2017, with open container. Both were taken into protective custody after a disorderly conduct incident at the Sea Ketch Restaurant and Pub on Ocean Boulevard. Matthew C. Taschereau, 35, of Arundel, ME, was arrested at 12:06 a.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, for driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor, driving or operating under the influence-subsequent, disobeying an officer, operating without a valid license, possession of a controlled drug, unsafe lane change, and possession of drugs.

Paul Garnafngin, 26, of Gray, ME, was arrested at 11:37 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2017, for driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor. Also arrested was Jennifer Hernandez, 21, of Portland, ME, for possession of controlled drug and open container. They were arrested in the state parking lot on K Street.

Thomas M. Carsella, 21, of Hooksett, received a summons at 12:23 a.m. on Aug. 1, 2017, for noise from a motor vehicle on Ocean Boulevard.

Christopher M. Bane, 43, of Hampton, was arrested at 11:31 a.m. on July 31, 2017, on a felony habitual offender charge. He was arrested after a traffic stop on Lafayette Road and Watsons Lane.
