“Officers were also advised that there was a handgun involved,” according to dispatch.
When they arrived, officers detained two people – Soper and the woman, who was later released. Officers allegedly found three large marijuana plants, a pile of brown powder, fertilizer, several rifles, a handgun, and other weapons. They also learned that Soper was previously arrested and released on a felony domestic assault charge in Raymond, so a breach charged was added, according to Gidley.
