Market Square Day, Hampton Fair This Weekend
Looking for something to do? There's plenty on tap on New Hampshire's Seacoast.

Looking for something fun to do on the Seacoast this weekend? Here are several ideas:
1. Market Square Day: Market Square Day in Portsmouth is scheduled for Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event is rain or shine, and kicks off with the annual Market Square Day 10K Road Race in the morning. It's a great event that brings thousands of people to the city. Be sure to get there early to make sure you can find parking.
2. Gosport Regatta: The fourth annual Gosport Regatta will set sail from the start line in the Piscataqua River basin on Saturday at 11 a.m. The centerpiece of the conference is a sail race that was first hosted in 1874 and carries the tradition of winning the Oceanic Cup, first won by the original yacht “America.” You can follow the race from the starting line on the M/V Thomas Laighton departing Portsmouth at 10:25 a.m. Tickets are $80.

3. Old Tyme Fair: The New Hampshire Division of Parks and Recreation is holding the 1st Annual Hampton Beach State Park Olde Tyme Fair from Thursday through Sunday. The fair will kick off the season for Hampton Beach State Park and will be the first fair of the season in New Hampshire. There will be carnival rides, games and more.
4. See Sweeney Todd at the Rep: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street will be at the Seacoast Repertory Theatre in Portsmouth beginning Friday night and continuing through July 13. Tickets are $35.

5. Paws Walk: The 21st annual NHSPCA Paws Walk will be held Sunday at noon at Stratham Hill Park. Registration begins at 10 a.m. Paws Walk raises funds that go directly toward the care, housing, and rescuing of thousands of animals who depend on the NHSPCA throughout the year.
