Massachusetts Man Indicted On Strangulation, Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Exeter man accused of criminal threatening with a pizza cutter; NY woman faces felony theft charges; Derry woman accused of assaulting cops.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Leidy Moreno, 34, of 124th Street in College Point, New York, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was accused of stealing items from Carter’s and Ulta Beauty in Seabrook on Feb. 26.
Jeffrey R. Palmer, 39, of Hovey Road in Londonderry on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charge. He was accused of choking an intimate partner on May 14 in Londonderry.

Stacey Ann Parent, 46, of Jack Street in Northwood on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on April 4 in Deerfield.
Robert Leo Ranahan Jr., 28, of Highland Street in Rochester on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing two Xbox Series S games from Best Buy in Newington on March 1 and March 2.

Daniel Joseph Rapisarda, 24, of Capital Hill Drive in Londonderry on possession of fentanyl, receiving stolen property, three forgery, and two habitual offender charges, all felonies. He was accused of uttering a fake $20 bill in Londonderry on April 7 and April 11; and driving on Nashua Road in Londonderry on May 24 and Hampstead Commons in Hampstead on June 1 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV; retaining five stolen checks owned by another person and cashing one of them on June 1 in Hampstead.
Steven Remillard, 36, of Laydon Street in Manchester on a possession of methamphetamine charge on Oct. 1, 2019, in Londonderry.
Matthew Phillip Robertson, 48, of Gardiner Street in Lynn, Massachusetts, on three domestic violence-second-degree assault-strangulation charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner three times between June 12 and June 13 in Hampstead.
Michele Marie Robichaud, 52, of Fairway Drive in Derry on two simple assault-extended term of imprisonment charges. She was accused of kicking the shin of one Derry police officer and stomping on the foot of a second one on June 14.
Jorge G. Romero, 35, of Merrimack Street in Methuen, MA, on three felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charges as well as two domestic violence-simple assault and two breach of bail charges. He was accused of strangling, slamming against stairs, and grabbing the throat of an intimate partner on Nov. 1, 2021, in Epping. Romero was accused of putting his hand over an intimate partner’s nose and mouth twice between Feb. 1 and Feb. 28 in Danville.
Dennis John Rosano, 58, of Pine Grove Road in Exeter on domestic violence-criminal threatening and domestic violence-reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, both felonies, as well as domestic violence-criminal threatening and reckless conduct-domestic violence charges. He was accused of waving a pizza cutter in the face of another person while yelling on Feb. 8 in Exeter.
