Massachusetts Women Arrested On DUI Charges: Hampton Police Log

HAMPTON, NH — Heloisa W. Duarte, 38, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. on Jan. 29, 2023, on driving under the influence and unregistered vehicle charges. She was arrested after a traffic stop at 527 Ocean Boulevard.

Jayleigh C. Ditucci, 23, of Seabrook was arrested at 11:14 p.m. on Jan. 28 on a driving under the influence charge after a traffic stop at Ashworth Avenue and Tuttle Avenue.

A 16-year-old and a 15-year-old were taken into juvenile protective custody-habitual runaway at Kershaw Avenue at 10:50 a.m. on Jan. 28.

Kelly Colleen Schaible, 45, of Amesbury, Massachusetts, was arrested at 3:57 p.m. on Jan. 27 on driving under the influence, disobeying an officer, controlled drug: controlled premise where drugs kept, and open container charges after a crash at the interchange.

John F. Muldoon, 58, of Salisbury Beach, MA, was arrested on a warrant at 9:37 a.m. on Jan. 27 as well as reckless operation and two reckless conduct charges. He was arrested on a warrant at police headquarters.

A 29-year-old Acton, MA, woman was taken into custody at 3 a.m. on Jan. 27 due to alcohol, according to police, at the Underwood Bridge on Ocean Boulevard.

Carly S. Bushe, 26, a homeless woman now located in Hampton, was arrested on a criminal trespass charge at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 22 after an incident on Lamprey Terrace.

Casey G. Whalen, 35, of Hampton was arrested at 3:07 a.m. on Jan. 22 on driving under the influence, reckless conduct, resisting arrest or detention, and open container charges after an incident at the intersection of Little River Road and High Street.

Andrew Jackman, 40, of Hampton was arrested on a bench warrant at 12:38 a.m. on Jan. 22. He was arrested after a disorderly conduct incident at the Budapest Apartments on B Street.
