New Bistro Construction Coming Along

Construction is nearly complete on Savory Square Bistro, a new restaurant located within the building.

The above photo was taken by Chez Boucher staff, who said the building's offices have been converted into a bar. The existing kitchen has also been modified so it is restaurant compatible, giving the downtown Hampton business a whole new level of service.

The restaurant, which doesn't yet have a grand opening date, will be open for dinner Wednesday through Saturday and will also serve Sunday brunch. The operation won't interfere with the cooking school, which is open during the day on weekdays.
