The Fall Festival will take place at Tuck Field on Oct. 10.

Press release from Newburyport Bank:

Sept. 9, 2021

Newburyport Bank has donated $1,500 to the Hampton Historical Society to support their Fall Festival 2021. Known since 1994 as the Hampton Historical Society, the Society was incorporated in 1925 as the Meeting House Green Memorial Association to honor the original settlers of Hampton. A descendant of one of those families, Edward Tuck, generously donated funds to purchase a house on the site of the original meeting house green. The land surrounding the house was laid out as a park, and the house was turned into a small museum, which was appropriately named the Tuck Museum.

The Fall Festival will take place at Tuck Field on October 10, 2021 from 11 am to 4 pm. It will be a day for family fun with games, live music, performers, and delicious food. Live music will be performed by BillyBilly, a duo that has performed throughout the Seacoast and past Historical Society events. In addition, there will be aerial artists and circus workshops. Museum buildings will be open during the event and assorted games and activities will be stationed around the field for people of all ages to enjoy.

“Fall festivals in New England are unique and unmatched,” said Lloyd L. Hamm Jr., President & CEO of Newburyport Bank. “When you combine them with a historical component, they are both fun and informative. That’s what happens at the Hampton Historical Society Fall Festival and we’re proud to be a part of it.”
