Next Step Healthcare (Merrimack Valley Health Center) Welcomes New VP of Business Development, VP of Administration

(Needham, MA) May 15, 2017 – Next Step Healthcare, a prominent regional manager of skilled nursing facilities, announced the addition of two experienced health care executives to its senior management team.

Vice President of Business Development Genevieve Baudin and Vice President of Administration Janelle Fairbrother bring over 30 years of combined experience in healthcare strategy, management, and administration. This expertise will serve the company well as they continue to develop industry-leading systems in delivery of care, employee training and business management at their Massachusetts facilities.
Baudin is a versatile sales professional with extensive experience in collaborative marketing and business development in the health care services sector. Prior to joining Next Step, Baudin served as a director of sales, marketing and business development with a number of regional health services organizations, including Care Dimensions (formerly Hospice of the North Shore & Greater Boston), Genesis Healthcare, and Golden LivingCenters, among others.
Fairbrother has spent the past 20 years directing a comprehensive range of administrative functions within the healthcare services sector. Fairbrother began her career as an HR, payroll, and benefits specialist with Dover Rehabilitation and Living Center, later joining Harborside Healthcare in 1997. At Harborside, she joined Next Step founders Damian Dell’Anno and William Stephan. Fairbrother served as Vice President of HR and Compensation at Harborside for over a decade, until joining LaVie Care Centers in 2009. Most recently she was working as an independent HR operations and compensation consultant, before reuniting with Dell’Anno and Stephan at Next Step earlier this year.
